The chicken hormone thing is mostly myth

It’s really the amount of food that a child eats that will determine how early she or he will start puberty. Especially in little girls.

Up in till about the 1920s and 30s, the average American female didn’t have her first period in till 15/16 due to the fact that she was probably eating just enough to keep her alive.. Once inventions such as electricity, mass food production, and the refrigerator became common place in most homes the average age for monarch in females dropped to about 13. It’s been that way ever since. However the number of girls reaching puberty around 9 and 10 has increased due to the fact that many American children are becoming over weight.

I won’t bore you with the nitty gritty details so I’ll make it quick. The female body usually won’t start producing the reproductive hormones needed to reproduce in till she has reached a certain weight/height ratio. This is because the female body is waiting in till it’s large and strong enough to sustain a pregnancy and protect the offspring. If a 10 year old girl is 5 feet tall and 100 pounds as opposed to the average 4’8 80 pound child the chances of her reaching monarch before most of her class mates is high. If the girl is 5 feet tall and very over weight it’s almost certain.

You are right. Sort of. School lunches are high in calories and fat and many school physical health programs have been cut.

High fat diet + lack of exercise = over weight kids.

If you eat fast food such as KFC every once in a while you are going to be ok. If you are like many American people and consuming more fast food than home cooked nutritious meals than yes you are likely to be over weight.

High fat diet+lack of exercise= over weight little girl with high estrogen levels.

Estrogen it stored in fat.

High estrogen levels= greater fertility in females.
