expect minimum 60 000 dollars for a villa in jigjigayar
and another 20 k's for the property to build on

jig jiga road needs to be sorted out pronto, pretty nice when u get to the top but to drive up there is really uncomfortable.
But i personally think the area where star is the best, its seems that area as been maintained much better.

its empty land near a new villa neighbourhood, its about the size to build 4 villas on

about 5500 m2 for only 7k$ really dirt cheap

already got offers for 15k, but im waiting till it gets more expensive
