Walaale, I don't think thats true. MSB dadki ku diray Hawiye iyo Issaq waxay ahayeen Majerten, Sacad, iyo Ogadeen markaan melkaste dhijinay, even other clan's lands. Don't forget dadki Abgal ku xasuuqi jiray wearking Dhubka cas uniform. Unfortunately Abgal realized years later, and its one of the biggest grudges they have against HG.

In my opinion, MSB should have kept them as strong allies, disguarded the ungrateful Caghdeer, keep Majerten happy but keep a close eye on them, and keep his foot on Hawiye's neck. Laakin he miscalculated. Kalebo, RIP to Mujahid MSB, best Prez ever. 8)

Anyway Hawiyeha under MSB went from zero to being some of the richest Somalis, laakin after he got overthrown, waad aragtay meesha ee ku dhambayeen. Walee waa runta Luq haduu allies la noqon lahaa Issaqa, I believe it would have been batter then now because dadkaas waxeey aaminsan yahiin dawladnimo and not qabiilnimo hadii runta laga hadlo! for instance, take a look a their so called wadan now, it is functioning better then any where else in Somalia. Issas, Issaqs, Gaduhursis, dhubahantes, and so many others live with each other side by side...why can't we be like them? Honestly, I am not against the country called Somaliland because I now one day insha'allah if Somalia becomes stable, they will nagotiate about becoming part of us! And we better never say NO to them!

Laakiin, I also believe that MSB didn't do much for Gedo becuase he didn't want "Others" seeing it as "qabiilkaa wax utar" thing. So he acted as if he was being cool/fair to others and I have nothing against that thought.
