YOU GUYS need to take a chill pill,

everytime someone says something good about "Marehan" some foolish folks jump up and try to say something negative.

if you have something good to say about your people tell us, we will not blindly deny or put it down.

all somalis have contributed to the fabric of Somali Culture and Society.

So you guys stop being 'player haterz' and contribute to somali culture or shut up!

and YES Marehan are the same before and after Siad Barre,
even stronger,

if anything Siad Barre build more roads and ports to northern somalia i.e. burco-hargeisa-berber triangle is very well connected in terms of highway and structure, i.e. bosaso port, etc, etc...
and muqdishu as well.....

so there you go, even without any major investments in their land, by their own president who people accuse of being tribalist, lol, very ironic since he didn't turn Gedo into a mini Dubai,
they managed to hold their own.

so shame on you for showing your own 'inferiority complex'
since people who are confident, proud and assure of themselves feel no threat by the mentioning of other people's great accomblishments.\

@ Ican, they didn't leave Harar!!
THE "Ahl Suhawyan" clan of the Somali tribe of Marehan, Darod group still lives in Harar, do some research please!

also my grandmother who is Marehan told me of another Marehan subclan who lives in Eritrea, or somewhere between Eritrea and Ethiopia, etc, etc.

The entire tribe does not have to be living in the same region, the subclans can still be scattered around, i.e. "Ahl Suhawyan" clan of the Somali tribe of Marehan, Darod group who STILL LIVE IN HARAR!
