I didn't create the flag, I just redrew it because the quality of the original flag design was poor.
Having good graphic designers isn't a prerequisite for being a nation. The original design for the flag of Lebanon was sketched on a piece of paper with pencil crayons.

James, you made the color of the Somali flag little light. That is all you did saxib. The map was originally designed by Me with the consultation of reputed members of Maakhir.

The blue Somali flag colour is often depicted as either light or strong. I credit you for making it light, that is it.

I didn't actually lighten the blue, that was done by whoever it was who made the SVG version.
The version I made was based entirely on the flag posted on Laasqoray.net and is here:

the two spears represent Ishaak power and threats
the bag of dead stinky tuna with afro represents the warsangeli population
the turban their old suldaan who was shipped of to Seychelles with DHL around 1922 .
