DanG wallahi you nailed it but abaayo, as much as this is a frustrating and rather embarassing issues in our society. We have to take a minute and see what is brewing this. Children dont just decide one day on these things. Somali families in general lack stability and discipline for their children because usually its only one parent being the father and the mother. In such a situation, effection, having a role model and just strong foundation is lost. Then we have the boys who are no better than the average African American man, or the one who is basically educated yet is out of touch with his religion and culture and resorts to ajanabi women. So when Allah, stated the importance of the man's role in the house, and in the absences of that why should be expect to raise a good strong GOD fearing Xalimo?
