I don't want to SOUND terrible, but here's my belief on the ONLF.

Instead of wandering around aimlessly like "rebels" would it not be wiser for them to just take part in the Ethiopian political process like the Tigrays and swiftly GRANT their people independence; its much easier than it looks, really.

Sacad's mother was Ogaden, Rer Makahiil. During droughts we have grazed our livestocks in Ogaden land. Besides being our Abtiyaal, the Ogaden are the ONLY tribe of Darood we have not fought with and will never fight with because of our long historical ties.

Saxiib, I got more connections to Ogaden than Issaq so I will back them up if its Ogaden versus Issaq. My qabiil has lived in Ogaden territory and made their fortune there.

Ogaden are friendly people who never harm or abuse their guests. You can live among the Ogaden for generations and they will not treat you as a foreigner.

Even during the civil war, we always made sure that no harm ever came to an Ogaden.
