Niya,

Somalia's political turmoils are not the doing of one individual or even that of TFG, there are more powerful actors at work i.e. the U.S., Europe and many Arab countries. Ethiopia, Kenya and the TFG are merely foot soldiers acting out on orders that come from high places.

A/Yusuf's death will simply mean his replacement with perhaps a more vicious individual, who knows? Like Luq-Ganane already said, a more fruitfull change can come only after the neocons in Washington have been defeated in the upcoming election and the whole "fighting terrorism" madness is put to rest.

Koronto:

I wish to know the Ogaden position on the scenario of the Battle of Somali iyo Majeerten.

Ina Baxar & King Of Awdal,

Just seal off the border and don't allow the fleeing baranbaro into your lands.

Koronto and LuqGanane, I posed the question as such because of the preception of many that post at this forum. Equating Somalia's problem to one persona or clan. Having said that Abdulaahi Yusuf waa rageedi, a man of principle who has the courage of his conviction.

Lol@@@ at AbdiWahab's lame jab which Koronto diplomatically ignored!
Carry on and keeping repeating the rant of MJ desctruction and maybe it will happen in your dreams.

There will always be another zoo keeper.

Qualification for lead zoo keeper:

What degrees are best? Biology, zoology, animal behavior and physiology, husbandry, or animal science? focus on terrestrial carnivores and herbivores.

I don't know what will change, I just wish him a painful death for all the pain he has caused.

Abdi, granted Majerteen choose to support the occupiers (again) what would attacking them today accomplish? It certainly would not stop this ugly civil war. At this point, it seems the smart thing to do would be to focus all your energies on one thing only, and that is how to get out of this civil war ditch. This is particularly critical to Hawiye folks, enough is enough!

To answer the q posted here, nothing that would push us forward will happen at Yusuf’s extinction, considering the remaining players. All possible avenues seem to lead to another decade of civil war. For us to ever go forward all current players must forcibly be retired, obviously they are complete incompetents to functionally perform their job. Their best efforts resulted in acquiring external forces, and see where that led to now? The formation of “Al-Muqawama” something that so unSomali. At the end of the day, Yusuf’s elimination isn’t pivotal to what needs to happen. He is unfortunately not the only bad character in our political scene.

Do you wish the same for Caydiid and his many minions?

The only thing that will change is the number of AbdiWahab's extended family leaving Xamar. Instead of 1,000,000 members of AbdiWahab's extended family fleeing Xamar, we'll see 2,000,000 members of AbdiWahab's extended family fleeing and finding shelter in foreign places like Afgooye, Garissa, and my garage.

If Abdullahi Yusuf passes away, all hartis(maybe with the exception of some dhulbahantes) will withdraw their support for the TFG if the successor is not harti.
