Abdi Ismail I think you are being unfair to your country and government .
As an Rayaale suppporter let me defend the two cases.

Nr 1 )
The reason why the refugees are in sort of limbo is because the UN denies to register them as outside refugees , while Hargeisa cannot allow UN to register them as internal refugees because it is disrespectful and hurting our case of recognition. You may think why we are playing a game with the gaalo UN over our somali brothers and sisters from south ?
The answer is simple its SL simply cannot let UN have it on their premises.
UN on the other side are " afraid " of registering them as real refugees because that would be a sort of recognition to Somaliland .
So instead of helping your fellow poor Somali people (mainly women and children) Somaliland choose to ignore them so they could in the future strengthen their case for getting recognized as a nation. Do you even know if Somaliland will get recognition? But we all know that if these people don’t get help their situation will only degenerate. Come up with a more reasonable and rational justification next time. They are not refugees and never will be!
Do you see who is the real bastard and xaasidiin here?
Somaliland is willing to help and relocate the refugees with no questions.
Other countries would see these people as a security issue " .
It's not only bad news , I heard the middle class from Xamar have done quite well in Hargeisa and their south cultural norms and dialect is enriching Hargeisa making it more beautiful and diverse.
I welcome them with open hands.
And Wallahi I know from personal *
Hargeisawi famili who have adopted fleeing women and their children
let them stay with them in their houses , and this not a rich family.
It's average Hargeisawi family with a house, eat with them , give them a room and shelter . Now thats kindness and even some money .
Yes, I could see the real bastard and xaasid, it is quite clear that the callous puppet regime of SL has made their fantasy recognition their first priority and decided to ignore the people who need help. SL isn’t a country and these people aren’t effecting the security of SL in anyway or shape. They are seeking peace and security themselves. Lol @ diversity, you actually see a difference in Somali people. Thanks to those Somalis in hargeisa who have helped those people, they know how to put humanity before tribalism.
Don't be unfair and label everybody as bad people.

2)
The journalists where ordered to leave the country by 24 hours.
Clearly not from the Hargeisa's mayor and authorities .
It has Addis hands all over it.
But why ? you can either choose to say SL is puppet and dot *
Or you can try to see a hard pragmatic solution was taken.

These journalists are waging a war with their pen against TFG and ethiopian forces.... simple answer for Somaliland is to throw them out to STAY NEUTRAL .
We are not recognised we are not Eritrea who can beef with anybody .
Neutral? Speaking out against the atrocities that the TFG and Ethiopian soldiers are committing isn’t equivalent to waging a war. It is called Justice, something Somalis all over Somalia can’t comprehend these days. Injustice anywhere is justice everywhere. Somaliland isn’t staying neutral, they are aiding the Ethiopians and the TFG by keeping shutting-up those who are speaking about against such heinous crimes. Again it isn’t a matter of recognition, and even if Somaliland was recognized they would have sided with the Ethiopians and Warlord TFG. This is a matter of humanity and justice not recognition. Best if you come-up with a better excuse next time.
Even though I believe wallahi Somaliland forces could give a heavy punch at Ethiopia and perhaps retake Dire Dawe and Harer before we would be taken out by the Ethopian warmachine . It's not our war and has never been .
Of course it isn’t your war, the other Somalis are invading refugees to you.
I hope this makes it clear for you
The somali journalists where not ordered to leave because JSL government is evil ... it's because we need to stay neutral and keep of unwanted attention or souring our relationship with Addis Abeba our only friend .
But from I heard lately the are people who are lobbying for the journalists to let them stay longer or for good . Somalilands own Journalist Association .
Now thats democracy and thats why they choose to come to Somaliland .
I hope they are allowed to stay in Hargeisa if they still are there .

Somaliland forever
Yes, it is because the SL government is a puppet of Ethiopia, just like those in Puntland and those in the TFG. Staying neutral is nothing but a lame excuse. The fact that SL considers Addis Ababa to be their friend clearly shows where the loyalty of SL lies. You won’t know democracy if it bit you in the ass. Standing up for the poor and terrorized people is democracy, not associating with terrorizes countries who continue to abuse human rights is democracy, and standing for the truth is democracy.

Spare me your illiterate rubbish

Sanaagian i wasnt blaming just the government im saying its everyones fault including the community of Hargeisa and somaliland. And instead of spending time and money helping people in need, we go to countries like Ethiopia to pay homage.

Emperor horta ma magac kalad wayde ta labaad the only reason why people say Ethio aya somaliland ku shaqeysta is so wrong , Somaliland just uses its International ties the can use our port berbera but we will never bring xabashi troops inside somaliland or somalia inteeda kalle

our Policy is simple close down our border get recognition and work on the security of somaliland , meaning getting rid of terorist from Asmara onlf icu xata dawlada xabashidu soo boon booniisay

Ethiopia is not our friend, its just using us to gain dominance over the horn. it has never wanted a recognised Somaliland, because once somaliland is recognised it may lose its grip on power and dominance in the horn. it knows that somaliland may grow to be prosperous and will no longer find Ethiopia useful. they want to keep our recognition status in limbo, so it can milk us for all we're worth. And Riyaale is just playing into thier AMXAARO and TIGAY hands. :(

"isnt a real state" and "mythical recognition"

They despise somaliland and then they expect help and brotherly love from somaliland.

fokin hypocracy
alxamdulilah at least people to people there is brotherhood,

all of southerners are still arriving by the plane and bus load and settling peacfully in somaliland undisturbed and have been welcomed.

The sad part is Somaliland is neither getting recognized as a nation nor are they doing much for their own fellow Somalis when it comes to humanity and Muslimnimo.

They are the sore losers in both occasions.

Fool me ones shame on you
Fool me twice shame on me…..

abdi.ismail

somalinimo iyo muslinimo iyo waxaan somali shaqoo ku lahayn baad ka hadlaysa.

Somalia is something that use to exist. somalinimo is no longer here eccept in idea.

the 5 somali is now going to be &

1. djibouti.

2. ogaden.

3. NFD.

4. somaliland.

and last but not least...puntland will be scrapped and Konfur will be further devided into 3.

so there you have it. from 1 somalia to 5 and now working towards 7.
