Gedoweb is owned by reer Garaads but other known Kismaayo journalists report via there. They used to be anti-Barre until they finally came to their senses and support Kornelka to the fullest. This is evident in their latest reports.

It is currently run by one of the heads of Waamo association which is the only journalistic group organisation that operates in Kismaayo.

The latest one being furthering Cirro's political campaign by lying about Fareey.
