It used to be the "Murder capitol of the world" however now, the Whites are coming and taking over whole neighborhoods of Blacks and turning them into businesses. All the blacks then moved to a county in MD called "PG". They just built a ball Park, National Parke etc. in former black ghettos. As far as VA and MD, there the richest areas of the Country.
