Hair: use two types of shampoo a cleansing one and a moisturising shampoo. Use the cleansing one first, follow with the moisterusing shampoo. Then condition the hair with a deep conditioning anti-breakage or protein treatment. Wrap the hair and sit under a dryer for about 30 min, if you don't have one use a blow dryer keep it about 6 inches away from the hair.

Rins thoroughly because if u leave conditioner in the hair it will make the scalp dry. Massage the scalp with a growth oil and put leave in conditioner in the hair.

Do this once a week and I guarentee your hair will look lucious and grow. Trim the hair every 2 months

If you want nice skin and hair i recommend drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water each day cause it flushes out toxins in the body.
and for nice white teeth brush your teeth with baking soda every night.

for healthy hair try not washing it every day because it strips natural oils out of your hair causing it to break so wash it once every three days and follow it with a nice deep conditioner, (organics hair mayonaisse)

after that cover your hair with a plastic cap for about an hour than rinse thoroughly. and if you repeat this for like 2 months i guarantee you will have nice, soft, silky hair!
