Zulaika,

I applied to a University there and got a scholarship.

I added some color to the white fabric of VT.

My buddies ended up at North Dakota State University LOL.

At least I was in the Liberal Northeast.

Xaaji Lugooyo,

Nothing is stopping you from enjoying Kismaayo other than buufis, lol....

Actually I love the winter because its a good time to get in the gym and get in shape, as you end up going more out of sheer boredom. Life slows down in the Winter and its good because Summers could be kinda hectic.

abdi,

small towns/cities are not my cup of tea, I once lived in Niagara Fall(Canada), very picturesque, perfect little white town with cookie cutter homes and lawns,..i hated it with malice. I found myself driving to Toronto 2 times a week + the weekends. The only thing I liked about it was the falls.

Zulaika,

I love the Niagara Falls region. I went there 2 years ago with what I thought was the love of my life.

Ah, the Majestic Falls !

Still I am more of a quiet Suburban Dweller. I hate the city.

"u know, winter depression..i think i'm coming down with this. i can't stand this -17 temp. i am thinking of relocating to sunny spots like California."

I felt this way last year. We had like 2 months where the temperature did not go above 10. I was not depressed or anything but I wanted to get the fock out of where I was living and move to the deserts in Arizona.

Murax, I am in search of a nice place to live saaxib. There seems to be something wrong with every city. If it has nice weather, then the job market suuccks. If the job market is nice, then the crime rate is high. I will keep moving until I find a decent place to live.

Qansa why don't you move to the Bay area. You're a teckie, the job market is nice, and the weather is pretty good. The problem is you're stuck between a rock and a hard place over there. On one side you have the fagz, and on the other you have the madow from the Oakland ghetto, and on the other side you have the rich azz chinks. Atlanta may not be another idea, but the Cadaan bastards from the Katrina hurricane took all the jobs, lol...

Murax,

Did you know that Sh. Nuux Ciise & some brothers from Atlanta are in VA? I think they came there for a fundraising and will be there until the weekend. Ask Sh. AQ about them, they already met with him.

Koronto,

For real? I actually don't live near that Masjid anymore but still go from time to time. I pray with the pakis, Afganis in a Masjid near my house, but I'll probably run into those guys Inshallah. Sh Nuux is knowledgable and you guys are lucky to have him. He used to do the Tafsir for us.
