I happen to think that these homeless Sade people can actually pull the thing. Come to think 'bout it, since TFG is busy with pacifying Mogadishu and Ceyr power is no more, no-one stands between them and "jubbaland." But I think alot depends on AY's frame of mind, he might very well re-introduce Ceyr into the Juba valley and the status quo of the past 17 years will ensue. He has been threatening for awhile now. I don't think he will allow the emergency of a hostile force in the Juba valley. Let's watch and see if they actually establish this so-called Jubbaland. Then it's gloves on![/quote]

Why do you think Ceyr or A.yusuf have the right to intervere into Jubba affaires? Ceyr used to be a player there because they had the money and guns. A.Yusuf used to interfere there on behalf of his group and through Morgan, but since they lost many times they are really reduced in status and when it comes to having a say in Jubba affaires.

So, I think any group that has money and guns have the right to intervene there. Hence Ceyr then, and now their other half from Galgaduud.

That explains too why the whole idea of Jubbaland administration hasn't emerged yet, since the balance of power changes from time to time in Somalia. Before 1999, Morgan and his group would entertain themselves with Jubbaland. Nothing came from it since Ceyr intervened and established the JVA there.

Eventually, the local groups of the regions should take political leadership over their regions. Only in this way, can those regions have a certain future.
