There's something in politics called The Bradley Effect, which basically means that polls overstate the votes a black candidate will get from white voters. White people say they're going to vote for a (black) candidate, but when they actually get in the booth, they don't.

After seeing polls that projected Obama has a double digit lead and now seeing he's gonna lose, I see the Bradley Effect is very real.

I honestly think what was at work last night was a mixture of the Bradley effect and women finally inthe last minuted deciding to give HRC a chance after her show of emotions. With that said, I'm optimistic that Obama will gain the black vote now that they finally see white ppl are actually voting for him. Pathetic, but true. The is going to come as an immense boost and also, the indirect endorsement of Colin Powell should convey many republican and Independant votes to his direction. Its only that beginning, but I will take Fred Thompson over Hillary Clinton as a president of this country, hell we might as well keep Bush for that matter.
