IF he did rape her it's a crime.
But there are a lot of women who are scandalous and claim rape when they were NEVER raped so I am skeptical and that is why I said avoid scandalous drunk women altogether by getting married and you will never be put in a compromising situation.

The fact was his oversimplification that women should be married based on the incentive that they all "hoes" and lie about men. First and foremost, if the woman is a companion with an alcoholic with brown teeth, perhaps she deserves what she gets.
