Leila.. Actually, I think it is cheaper here in the winter, than summer... I know what you mean about needing a extra heater at work. I got one and they always make fun of me because I wear my jacket the whole time!!!

I live in the Uk where everything is EXPENSIVE! So how is winter cheaper than summer in your place? Or do you mean gas bill?

Its because they have different rates. Summer everyone uses the Air Conditioner and it uses more KW.. All I know is that is what Excel Energy told me..
