Savage Darods did this, in fact the man was kidnapped in Eastern Ceerigaabo between the Warsangeli, the German belongs to one of the few Aid agencies that operate in Sanaag, he was there to help. Mayor of Ceerigaabo Ismaaciil Xaaji Nuur along with the Ceerigaabo police force are in hot pusuit, the kidnappers took the man to the mountain areas but we will get them even if we have to search every Darod house and moutain in Sanaag

What is Eatern Sanaag?

Cergabo being the capital of the former Sanaag Ceerigabo District, doesnt divide Maakhir. Maakhir controls Central and Easter Sanaag. Forgert Eastern Cerigavo, their arent any Isaaqs in Sanaag expect for Mayd, Xis, Garadag, Ceelafweyn those arent even 4 tuulos but open land/desert.

In Hargeisa no-one troubles foreigners or even gives them a second glance, similarly when I was in Burco in 2004 my white colleauges walked around by themselves and never felt any danger at all..who are these uncivilised bastaars kidnapping innocent aid workers?? I very much doubt they are isaaq, daaroods have proved countless times before that they view kidnapping foreigners/human trafficking/toxic waste dumping/piracy as normal economic activity...
