Hargeisa would be a perfect location and city but theres gonna be some challenges as these people are hell bent on secession and will die for it. Is moving the capitol to Hargeisa enough to make them embrace Somaliweyn? Maybe, because one thing Issaq's used to hate was when people would tell them they were foreigners in Xamar and Koonfur. Any future Gov will have to deal with the whole Woqooyi situation delicitely considering the bad things that happened there in the past. I would actually love for Hargeisa to be the capitol and I don't understand why Issaq's wouldn't support it. Either way the capitol HAS TO BE moved. Xamar is finished and will always be a volatile place ilaa yaumudeen.

Seriously its a good Idea, i dont know why the fuk this somalis is Obssesed with Xamar Xamar Xamar Xamar, just move the cotdaamn Capital to some other town, such as Beledweyn, Baidoa, Galkacyo, Kismaayo or Marka....

Galkacyo is the best place i think.. its in the middle of Somalia and its shared between the 2 main clans Hawiye and Darood...

Beledweyne and Galkacyo are both too close to the Ethiopian border. Kismayo is too far south I think.

That leaves Marka and Baydhabo, but I still choose Hargeisa.

What about Marka? even though am against this idea

Correction, Hg enjoy Ali Beesteen status in Galkayo, they are the working class. They won less than 10% of the city

No way!

No southern towns/tuulos/cities if Xamars instability continues why relocate a few miles from the original capital. Not quiet logical, a neutral area where theirs less clan tension in the North either Las Anod or Ceerigabo.

if i mean a big IF there was a Reunion between somaliland and somalia, Hargeisa would be the best fit for the Capital, and it was the Second Capital of somalia bak in the Dark Days,,,,,

Anyway so what if Galkacyo is close to the Border with Ethio?

Marka is the home of Qawm al-luudh. We can't make Makhnuuth city as our capital. The city will be like San Fransisco full off khaniisiin wal ciyaadu bilaahi
