They are still in Somalia. As a matter of fact, the Lamagoodle population is the one facing the harsh emigration. Their chances of survival in Somalia is much better than the Nomads, so they will probably take over Somalia in 50 years.

Read this, directly from Somaliland Times, it says Hargeisa has a population that has JUST reached 300,000 in 2005 and it includes all of the nearby villages in the district as well. The entire Somaliland population does not exceed 1.5 million INCLUDING Lascanood. This is Somalia, not Ethiopia, don't overestimate the population.

Monk, even so, majority of that city are not exclusively Isaaq. There are sizable communities of Warsan and Dhullos living in Hargeisa, particularly the Warsans.
