The majority of the Darfurian victims are Muslims. The Janjaweed and Sudanese forces are ethnically cleansing the land. Its not Western propaganda.[/quote]
abdiwahaab, you remind me of the former presidential candidate, the flip flopper. the last time there was a topic about Darfur, you had a different opinion

Re: sudanese Twisted_Logic
V,
I am merely criticizing the Sudanese government. I don't agree with the Western position surrounding Darfur but do believe that Muslims have an obligation to talk with the Bashir regime to control the Janjaweed & show mercy to the Darfurians.
Its not flip flopping if we can not criticize the wrongs of our regimes.
Please step out of your tunnel vision of Blame the West for all the Problems facing Muslims. This conflict is a sad one especially looking at the carnage.

AW252,
If you are serious about it, I can start doing research on historical friendship between the Jewish people and people of Somalia, and we can get something started. I have few Jewish friends who can jump aboard.

The woman has the balls of steel. Big ups for exposing ass-wipes bigotry that so many confused lunatics defend so much here.

V,
I dislike the hypocrisy of the West when it comes to similar situations in Somalia where they support Ethiopian Occupation and turn blind eye to the Darfur in the OGaden yet have the nerve to weep crocodile tears for DARFUR.

Twisted,
Starting a friendship society is not a bad idea however take your time. I dislike the Arab governments but you have to realize that the Arab citizenry if given the chance would hang their leaders by the neck. The Arab citizenry realize it is their leaders who are the ones holding them back.

That's what the confused lunatics want you to believe. Arab people and their leaders are one and the same. A government after all is a just a reflection of the people.

TL,
Not in Saudia Arabia. The House of Saud were brutal men who conquered their surrounding tribes. You should see how they crushed the Qureysh & their manipulation of the religious system to ensure their power remain unquestioned.
If the Saudis were in a democratic country, you would see the following:
1. Oil Embargoes against Supporters of Israel
2. Strong funding for Palestine
3. Increased investment in Saudi Arabia & the Muslim World
4. A More Powerful, Assertive Saudi position in the world
