The deal in itself is bogus, they could have negoitiated for a million times if the prospects of oil existed in PL already. The former regime already had concessions with major oil corps. which was then used as a blueprint by the minor australian firm which PL invited besides the italian and british maps from the early 1900s. Does PL have not one educated minister/advisor they could have consulted before the "concession" of 1/3 of Somalias resources?

Between these sites that are all labeled were collected data which were surveyed during the 1900s up to the 80s, its not definet that the oil even sits in that region (commericially exportable).
