Are you mad? Shaydaamad

He is a great afghani Scholar, He also translated 9 volumes of Sahih Al-Bukhari and Dr Taqi is a professor at the Islamic University in Medina.

Walaal..that translation has many errors..they put a lot of stuff in brackets, and also many hadeeths and dont just translate what the Qur'an says..it all becomes a very big ardous read.

for instance the ayats about womens clothing..they put in brackets that hijab means covering all the body and exposing 1 eye only..when i read that i was literally like ..wtf. They want to push their beliefs on others it seems.

That transaltion came out in 2007 i think, I'll check tonight what it says regarding Hijaab.

The verse in Surah 33, Verse 59

I doubt that scholars of that standard have their own agendas . Only apologists in the west like to twist such verses and push their beliefs on others.

ALlah knows, I'll check that word for word translation tonight, but Mohamed Asads translation is so unspeific and says they should draw over themselves some of their outer garments to cover themselves.
