2/ Speaking of moral obligation it's well known FACT how the American and British Soldiers behave remember The infamous Abu Ghraib Prison the Soldiers are guilty torturing ppl killing innocent people including childeren and raping females .

How can the situation be fixed The people of Iraq needed to be united The shia's and sunni's the Americans and british have divided them they used a old trick of the book Divide and conquer them Under Saddam hussein they where united inta kaste Saddam took extra care of his sunni folks but nevertheless he had everything under control the country was peaceful The people of Iraq need a Strong righteous leader and they are entitled to billions of compensation America and the British should support them financially in terms of rebuilding the country healthcare educations roads etc that is the solution.
