Choose a regualr bank, not the islamic bank of britain if you want a current account. Last time I checked, you cant use their cards in all ATMs, HSBC etc are a better bet.

I dont put my money in pansy savings accounts with a mere 3-4% interest, I invest in stocks etc with my average being 60-80% each year

Islamic banking & finance is a growing market and more non muslim organisations are going into it. But to claim the Islamic Bank of Britain is owned by Yahuud is ludicrous.

Islamic Bank of Britain is a Public limited company anyone can buy shares in it but the institutional shareholders are Arabs. Its not jews owned but maybe some of the Directors might be Jews cause the Board of Directors consists of none-muslims like the Managing Director.

Good idea, But be aware islamic Bank is a bit too good to be true, They are just playing around with words to make it all sound islamic, Most of their financial services are just the same as the services offere by conventional banks. But as for as having a islamic court account that a good idea but watch out for their other services.

I agree

what is halal about HSBC. Their money come from so many unislamic businesses and they charge interest. Banking institution in the middle east are based on Sharia way of financial but HSBC & Llyods are just getting into a niche market and are doing great!
