Simple explanation for you

Hamar= Capital city of Somalia
Tribe = A group of people bound by ethnicity, religion, language etc

Hamar big city more than one clan (even though the inhabitant are predominantly from one clan since the fall of Barre) ....More than one clan = more than one dialect....More than one dialect = They don't sound the same......I really don't know how I could simplify it even further....
