it would have been better if they kept their old date 26th of june 1960 cause that would mean they decided to join and now they want to form their own, but when you have an new independence and all, people would ask who did ya'll get your independence from?

Dude They wanted to create 5 somali state empire when somaliland got its independence from britaint they wanted
french jabuuti
italian somalia
nfd keniya
and Kilinka somaligina
to be part of the greater empire
but that failled
so every one went back to his own Borders

so what i want to know is since when just NORTHERN SOMALIA became SOMALILAND
what happen to Italian Somaliland, French Somaliland and also Ethiopian Somaliland.
all these places are Somali lands, so it doesnt make since to call one region Somaliland, what about the rest of Somali lands???
