Tormentors? The closest anyone in my family came to government was my grandfather, who was a police officer under British colonial officers during world war 2.

My dad made every shilling he had with hard work. He was an engineering student, a businessmen, and even an ivory poacher for years and later could afford to build several factories which took years, but all of them were occupied and destroyed within 48 hours of our departure.
