His decendants of Yaquub were Israelite, but what was he?

There were no "Black" prophets however it depends what you call Black. If dark Isralites are of their own race then yes, he wasn't black.

Btw, there was only one Arab Prophet and he was our last(pbuh).

There's a difference between nabi and rasuul, he was probably a nabi but not a rasuul.

Nabi Muhammad was the only Arab Rasuul, and every people and race recieved a nabi.
