Bannana's aren't owned by the state, but do get taxed by the government. Oil is owned by the state, and funds need to go throughout the whole country.

i think this is a great idea! you know why? even though im not big fan of CM still we should explore as much oil in somalia as we can. the USA are on its way seen as Riyale signed the deal with them about Barbara port. when the jews get their hands on barbera they will use any excuse i.e argagasixo and more to get that oil on their hands. we should finish the oil and make use of it asap. Why not?? WHo will stop it? Puntland also taxes to TFG. Xamar hasnt got a Fedaral state to run it, so the central govt and Mamulka Banadiir collect Taxes.
