I live here and the only one that look like that are the ones on TV. Besides there is alot of mixed ppl...black +white, black+spanish(plentyyy of those)

I've have the same problem.....

Face is light chest is light, back end of neck is black...Bloody hell it looks as if though I don't wash....Akhaseey cuskug baa loo mooday...But I bloody scrub it every day,,,

I've recently started using the african black soap....Helps a bit
I'm thinking of using Diana on the back end of my neck....shit is getting ridiculous,,,,,Don't know how effective it will be though,,,,and I don't know what the side effects of the chemicals are....I'm going to have to start reseaching it...Don't want to put my skin in risk,,
