"how can she be somali"? i'm like... "ok..." no one would question that ibn warraq, who is of pakistani descent and wrote that book "why i'm not a muslim", is south asian. it is like... Even though I hate arguing with females/shemales, this must be done. First off! Ayan Hirsi is far from educated! she doesent even hold a significant degree or what so ever. there are 1000s of somalis who are higher then here and your qajac ass when it comes too education.

as for ayaan, she was chosen to represent by everyday dutch people... not anyone "one" particular. if you don't know, there are millions of women worldwide who find comfort in her words. i don't know why but they do. and what is a significant degree to you? she is one of the tiny, wheenzy minority of somalis in europe who actually got a degree-- any kind of a degree. let's not rob people of their hard-earned successes.

I wouldnt love it, or be proud of it...I dont care if she became an apostate etc Its the fact that she enslaved herself to hostile governments and medias selling Somalis and Muslims out. I have friends who are no longer Muslim, but they would never say a bad word about Islam or Muslims. Youre celebrationg the wrong 'victories'.

And dont be fooled...Somalis in Europe are getting educated, we just dont make a big song a dance about it. I go to University of London, you should see the size of our Somalis societies (Postgrad and undergrads). yet none of us think that this makes us house niggers.

Do you even think before you type? must I say this again! there are 1000s of somalis who hold significant degrees in europe and north america. The only reason why she is different is the fact that she is bending over for the same system that nearly sent her back too somalia when they discovered what we (somalis) knew allong, ayan is nothing but a lying muffen.
But I cant really blame you for putting her up! you hold the same views as here therefor you are a sell out too. If only you two(and the likes of you) could shut your mouth and continue living your lewd way of life with out mentioning Somalis or muslims.

gedo-- she has her views. we may not like them, but they are her views. i think the fact that people are running around trying to kill her just helps more her case than anything else. i think london and washington d.c. always have had their educated folks. but the numbers, sadly, are not adequate. still, the majority of londers rely on a foreign system. "garbo rarato" ideas of the yore somali... are simply abandoned. count yourself among the lucky. i went to harvard... and i hate to say it... but i was one of only 3 somalis at the time. when i went to standford for my graduate, i was the sole somali. both california and massachusetts have the largest somali communities, following minnesota.
