I agree. Only if they were not all talk and no action would be nice. Majority of somali still depend on their husbands to pay for everything.

If she's got a paying job then she really hasn't got any excuse to force her husband to pay for everything. They should split their expenses according to how much each person makes or in half.

Why is that sxb? Women have been depending on men for too long, what happens if Mr.farax decides to leave one day? All women need to be financially secure no matter what the circumstance.

I kiid, I kiid. Somali sarcasm nooh. I've noticed that financial independance is a sensitive issue to women. A date even ended in a heated argument a year ago when I refused to let her pay for the dinner. I kept my foot down, b/c I thought she was testing me.
