Those you call jareers are more valuable then many unskilled/worthless men in Somalia. But those men only belong to your clan or mine.

The problem in Somalia is not civil war, its other factors that are destroying the country i.e. Lazyness of the men here.

In Puntland and Somaliland you can walk around for hours in a city without seeing any AK-47's/Pistols/Technicals/Knifes.

Northern Somalia is much safer than 85% of Africa.
