Those you call jareers are more valuable then many unskilled/worthless men in Somalia. But those men only belong to your clan or mine.

In Puntland and Somaliland you can walk around for hours in a city without seeing any AK-47's/Pistols/Technicals/Knifes.
Northern Somalia is much safer than 85% of Africa.
