Nope dumbass the Isaaqs and their 50 camels werent counted because they had ZERO CITIES/TOWNS with a population the size of a kindergarten class.

1. Duruqsi is a HY town in Togdheer and Sheikh Galle (HJ) town is Togdheer. But on the map its says Durukzi is Oodweyne thats wrong and Ballidiig or Shiekh Galle is part of Budhoole.

2. Since when did Burco become a HJ town, the Heads of Togdheers adminstrations are Haber Younis and when the mayor Hussain Dhagalab is HY.
