I already told Murax, I want a place were I can have so many options available. Seattle market is very competitive, and other states are way better in terms of potential income

Try Colorado Springs.......and good luck dude....don't bother with Connecticut, Michigan and PA seriously. The only place that is decent in Connecticut is Hartford but even Hartford is freakin tuulo. Check out Charlotte, a city on steroids.
