Nothing wrong with it. But wouldn't recomend it.

What's wrong with marrying your real inabti?
It would be strange if you've known eachother all your lifes and then marry as there is no sexual attraction.
It would be another thing if you hardly known eachother which in this case would become like any other marriage.
If the chances of the children becoming disabled was high, as you are led to believe, then surely it would be prohibited in our religion to conduct this practise wouldn't it?

Either way for My own personal preference I wouldn't marry My cousins.

I could be wrong when I say this, however I believe that all cousins are halal except your first/second cousins on the mother side. Something that has to do with the blood and breast milk I dont quite remember.

I don't agree with marrying cousins, it seems wrong to me somehow. I don't think sexually I'd be satisfied with a cousin. Plus, she's part of my family already, why make things more complicated?
