That doesn't point out that a simple ceel has been dug out, it rather points out the potential of that area of Hargeysa(south) has a potential of rich water basin...

Every village has a ceel, but this is a whole basin of water which with more equipment provide huge supply of fresh water to all of Hargeysa.

Xamar use to have 'ceelasha' which provided water to all of Muqdisho, well this is kinda like that dumb ass motherfuckers....
