MAJORTY OF AFRICAN LEADER ARE DICTATORS, which one is worst. i would say MUGABE. becouse ZIMBABWE WAS one of the best countrys in afrika, maanta SOMALIA is doing better than zimbabwe thanks to MUGABE.

Ian Smith does not qualify as a dictator. He's as dictatorial as South Africa's Botha.
