*A footsize in Jannah is better then everything in this life.

*A smile is charity.

*Love for the sake of Allah and not for the sake of your desires.

*The best charity is water.

-What is better then gold and sliver?
-What is better then JIHAD?

*It is Rememberance Of Allah.*

*Subhanallah
*Alhumdulilah
*Allahu Akbar

* Actual seventh century Qur’ans, complete and intact, are on display in museums in Turkey and many other places around the world.

* If all Qur’ans in the world today were burned and destroyed, the original Arabic would still remain. This is because millions of Muslims (called Hafiz or “preservers”) have memorized the text letter for letter from beginning to end – every word and syllable. Chapters from the Qur’an are precisely recited by memory in each of the five daily prayers.

* Islam was not spread by the sword. It was spread by the word of truth and the example of its followers. Islam teaches that there is no compulsion in religion. (the Holy Qur’an 2:256 and 10:99)

* Women are not oppressed in Islam. Any Muslim man that oppresses a woman is not following true Islam. Prophet Muhammad once said, ”...the best among you are those who treat their wives well.” (Related by Imam Tirmidhi)

* Arranged marriages are allowed in Islam but are not required. The marriage decision is left to the individual. “Forced” marriages are cultural practices and are not Islamic.

* Summayyah (ra) mother of Ammar (ra) and wife of Yassir (ra) was the first to meet martyrdom for the cause of Islam. She was killed by Abu Jahl the enemy of Islam.

* Imam Bukhari compiled his collection of 7,275 Ahadith by selection from 600,000. Before writing each Hadith he would make 2 Rakaat nafl Salaat.

* The 10 Sahabah who were promised Paradise during their lifetime were Abubakr Siddique, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan, Ali bin Abi Talib, Talha Bin Ubaidullah, Saeed Bin Zaid, Abu Ubaidah Bin Jarrah, Zubair bin Awwam, Saad Bin Abi Waqqas, and Abdur Rahman Bin Auf RadiAllahu Anhum Ajmaeen.

* Ammar (ra) built the First Masjid at the request of the Prophet (sa). It was the Masjid in Quba.

Is it a sin not to believe in this ?? Its kind of controversial to promise some the Jannah alive, while the others who fought beside them and even died..
did not get the same deal..
Not to mention that as humans ..ppl tend to get lazy when they feel secure and safe from a certain trouble..not that these sahaba did something bad later in their lives , but ppl in general are prone to do bad things.

We can only go by what was reported by the Prophet (saw) and this is one of those things that is based on 'ilm al-ghaib i.e. the unknown. Furthermore, Allah has the ability to know the future as well as the destinies of the mentioned companions, therefore it was already known that their righteos deeds would lead them to enter paradise. Their promise to paradise did not discourage them from being pious, indeed most of them died on the path of the religion.

Did you know that the Prophet's favorite color was green (sallallaahu 'alayhe wa sallam)?

Yes, it's true! Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) said, "The most beloved color to the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) was GREEN." [7]

MORE INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT ISLAM:

The splitting of the Moon was was one of the greatest miracle of RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa sallam. When Sayyiduna Rasulullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) was 52 years old, the leaders of the disbelievers of the Quraish tribe came to him and said, "If you are a Prophet, then split the moon into two parts." Sayyiduna Rasulullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) dearly wanted the people to convert to Islam, especially his close friends and relatives. He prayed, raising up his hands, and the moon split into two equal halves. Each part of the moon was seen above different mountains. The disbelievers said, "Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) has performed magic." They did not accept Islam.

Prominent Kuffar like Abu Jahl would secretly listen to the verses of the Holy Quran because they were fascinated by it.

the name “Muhammad” is the most common name in the world...

Albania is the only European country whose population is over 90% Muslim. It is on the Adriatic Sea, and borders Greece and Yugoslavia...

To find the Gregorian equivalent to any Muslim calendar date (i.e., 1 Muharram of any year), multiply 970,224 by the Muslim year, point off six decimals, and add 621.5774. The whole number will be the Gregorian year and the decimal multiplied by 365.24 will be the first day of the Muslim year.

The Majority of Muslims do not live in the middle East. The most populous muslim country is Indonesia, the 4th largest country in the world with 184 million muslims.

All Muslims are not Arab. Islam is a universal religion and way of life which includes followers from all races of people. There are Muslims in and from Europe, China, Japan, South America, Russia, Australia, Jamaica, the Philippines, and throughout North America! Arabs only constitute about 20% of Muslims worldwide. Indonesia has the largest concentration of Muslims at about 120 million!

According to the Qur'an, the Kaaba was first built by the Ibrahim Alaihi Salaam and and his son Ismail Alaihi Salaam.

Terrorism, unjustified violence and the killing of innocent people are absolutely forbidden in Islam. Islam is a way of life that is meant to bring peace to a society, whether its people are Muslim or not. The extreme actions of those who claim to be Muslim may be, among other things, a result of their ignorance or uncontrolled anger. Tyrant rulers and those who commit acts of terrorism in the name of Islam are simply not following Islam. These people are individuals with their own views and political agendas. Fanatical Muslims are no more representative of the true Islamic teachings than Timothy McVeigh or David Koresh are of Christianity. Extremism and fanaticism is a problem that is common to all religious groups. Anyone who thinks that all Muslims are terrorists should remember that the famous boxer Muhammad Ali, perhaps the most celebrated person of our era, is a practicing Muslim.

Women are not oppressed in Islam. Any Muslim man that oppresses a woman is not following Islam. Among the many teachings of Prophet Muhammad that protected the rights and dignity of women is his saying, "...the best among you are those who treat their wives well." (Tirmidhi)

Islam grants women numerous rights in the home and in society. Among them are the right to earn money, to financial support, to an education, to an inheritance, to being treated kindly, to vote, to a dowry, to keep their maiden name, to worship in a mosque, etc., etc.

enjoy!
