thats probably why i dont go as often as i used to,

yeah bush as well. Been to all of them, but mostly alperton. Still i see som dedicated, hardcore somali lifters. I use to work out with one, who taught me most of what i know, but he left and i aint seen him in a while.

Seriously I'm not really into lifting alot I'm more of stay healthy and toned.

Not really diet, just eat clean, loads of protein and only have junk once a week.
