How do the the present day psuedo-Salafi's understand as the Salaf as Salih did when there is a 1,000 year disconnect between their time, environment and attitudes, and our time, environment and attitudes?

If you people have anything against the shiekh muhammed ibn abdul-wahab (rahimahuallah), then bring your evidence against him. and Alhamdulilah his books are available, and you can bring us in what places he conradicts the Qur'an and the sunnah. until you bring the evidence i suggest you dont just parrot everything you hear. and it is enough for a man to be called a liar for repeating everything he hears.

Most sheikhs fall into Two and three these days.

Yes, books of the Shaikh (rahimahullah) are available so these people can quote him and show us where he goes so much against the diin of Allah. But unfortunately it seems that these people with dirty mouths are only good at insulting and throwing around low comments, instead of really proving from Qur'aan and Sunnah the mistakes of the Shaikh.

I personally dislike using the word salafi even though I believe it is the right way, because it's hijacked by one sect inside the people calling themselves salafi. As everybody knows, people who call themselves salafis are not one group. For example Saudi family claim they are followers of this dacwa, and al Qaida claims the same thing too. And really they are very different and fighting each other.

The sect I'm talking about is also known as Talafis/Salafiya Jadiida/Madkhalis. They are khawarij with the muslims and murjica with the leaders. A ruler can make kufr, shirk, kill muslims to please kuffar, make public zina with George W. Bush etc, and still these people defend the leader with extreme passion and make for him a thousand excuses.

Then an ordinary muslim could read a book, whose author Talafis don't like (for example Sayid Qutb), and because of this they label this muslim a deviant and give him some insulting name that they are really good making up. They are arrogant and aggressive and spend their time discussing about Shaikhs and different groups and warning everybody about everything and just basically splitting the muslims and making them boycott each other. Their life is dedicated to finding faults from others and then discussing about them.

Also they lie so much about shuyukh. For example they say that Sayid Qutb (rahimahullah) believed in wahdatul wujuud and quote some text from him that is not clear and could be interpreted this way and same time they don't say anything about other texts from the same author that are very clear about this issue and renouncing this kind of belief.

These people are really hated everywhere they go. Even one of their biggest shaykhs ibn Rabiic al Madkhali was driven out from Madinah by the governor of the city.

That's the reason why I don't like using this word, because most of the people you see using this name are these kind of people, and I don't want anyone thinking even one second that I have nothing to do with this group.

When will such care is given to sorting out the different types of Sufi's. Or is there a softer, kinder standard for Salafi's and their assorted offshoots, and a harsh and uncompromising one for Sufi's?

Somalis people are mainly divided between Sufis and a mixture of Ikwaani and Itixaad. On one side we have people like emperior, padish, defending the grave worshipping sect called Sufism. I thought somalis understood how badly misguided this sect is. That is the reason why we must teach the people about Tawheed and the Sunnah.

Then we have the opposite extreme, the Ikhwaani/itixaadi groups. These groups love to make Takfir and kill innocent people in the name of "Jihad". Subhanallah. The funny thing is this guy, Fisibillah, talks about the scholars and how evil they are and at the same time quotes one of them, Muhammed Ibn Saalah Uthymeen, Allah have mercy upon him. Wasn't ibn uthymeen a "tawageet servant". He never made Takfir upon the rulers nor did he ever insult them. so your being a hypocrite.

You say that the "Madkhalis" don't make tafkir and are against Jihad. Look at all the fatwas of Ibn uthymeen, ibn baaz, Albaani and show me where the "madkhalis" disagree with the great scholars. I can show you many evidences where these scholars have refuted your extremist ideologies.

Why only ibn Baz, Albani and Uthaimin? Are they the only shuyukh?

One very funny thing once happened when one guy from your jamaac said something and mentioned that there's ijmaac of four imams on this issue. And of course we, like any normal muslims presumed that he was talking about Abu Hanifa, Malik, Shafici and Ahmad. But then he said that the four imams are ibn Baz, Albani, Muqbil, and I don't remember if the fourth one was Madkhali or Uthaimin. It's funny how most of you like to use modern shuyukh more than the great imams of history.

Anyway, all of those shuyukh you mentioned died before 2001, when the governments finally made total alliance with the kuffar and started fighting against Islam ideologically and muslims militarily much more than ever before. Before 2001 things weren't so clear that they are now. Why don't you bring me a recent statement from one of your shuyukh who's alive and is defending the governments and see his points and explanation about the things that are going on now.

Then few other points. Uthaimin wrote in Qawlul Mufiid calaa Kitaabut Tawxiid that ruling with something else than Allah's sharica is kufr and that's the only known statement from him about the issue. Also he said that it's allowed to kill children and women of kuffar if they kill our children and women and this statement from him is also very known. So what do you want to bring from Uthaimin refuting the "terrorists"? I'm looking forward to read it.

Imam Ahmad said that judge can't make ruling until he knows where every dinar came from. Qadi must be a person who knows politics and world situation very well, so how it's possible that title of mufti is given to someone who is blind? I really think that the gov was using ibn Baz. He was a blind man living in a country where general ignorance about the world and politics is really great (I even met a shaikh who was teaching in islamic university and he didn't know what was Russia) and only news available before internet are "official" news given by the government. For example when Masjidul Haram was taken over in 1979, government even cut all the phone lines in the country so no one could know what was going on. Also in 1991 when Saddam invaded Kuwait, no one knew for a long time it happened because saudi news agency couldn't publish the news. Just to give few examples about media of that country, so I can't really blame the people for being very ignorant about what's going on, they only hear the "official" version made up by the king. So anyway, shaikh just stays in his home and the information he gets is from the workers of government and then he gives a verdict based on them.

The thing I respect about Albani was that he wasn't close to any government, so the things he believed were really his sincere beliefs. He was very strong on ahadith, but he had issues with iman and irjac.

So anyway, just what are your points of saying that the defenders and heroes of umma are all deviants? I'd like to see your dalil and also make sure that your points are not about issues that there is allowed ikhtilaf, but very major points so it can all be clear to us. And where is the taaifatul mansuura that keeps on fighting today, when all of them are deviants? Or are you also on that opinion that the clean-shaven arab soldiers fighting hand in hand with biggest crusaders today, americans, against muslims are the victorious group that Prophet (saws) told us about?

You posted a lot of issues. First of all, i don't understand why you deviant groups always try to make excuses.

1. the first doubt you try to use is that the four major scholars died after 2001 that is why they didn't make takfir because the muslims governments made 100 percent alliance with the kuffar after 2001.

This point is hilarious. You make it seem that the muslim goverments waited after the major scholars died to become kuffar. subhanallah. They is the most bizarre thing i ever heard. this is all you got.

2. Shaikh Ibn uthymeen never declared the goverment to be kuffar. Watch this clip where the shaikh is talking about the khawarij and todays groups.

3. You say that the great scholar Ibn Baaz is not fit to be a mufti because he is blind. subhanallah!!! wallahi your ignorance is amazing. this shaikh has been learning the religion for decades and was one of the most knowledgable scholar of our time and you doubt his ability to become a mufti. This shows that you are a person of desires and a jahiil.

4. You say shaikh albaani has "some issues with iman and irjac". You agree that he was strong in hadith and a muhhadith and at the same time you have doubts about the shaikhs Imaan and Aqiida. subhanallah. the hizbiyyin love to degrade the Ulama. Show me where he has these problems. You insulting a righteous man with a great accusation.
