No you don't add sugar to it, it is cooked differently and when you are making the mixture, you add more eggs and other things to it. It is just that you cook on the same tool and they usually come out looking the same size and shape. It is not so bad but it is too sweet for me unless I eat it with something that is not sweet like tea with little sugar.

Nothing beats bagels with strawberry cream cheese or crossiants with a cofee and scrambled eggs with sausage and variety of cheese.
