Umar Ibn Khatab who was one of the asharil Mubashiriin( 10 People who the prophet SCW assured Jannah while they were still on earth said" if its announced that all people will go to jannah except one person, I would definately think that one person is me". always la taqnad min raxmatilaah. the door of Maqfirah is open for everybody. You can definately comment on the acmaal of the person but you should always you use the word "IF" for example you can say the person who is taraku salaat will go to Hell " IF" he does not start praying while towbah is still open for him. Anybody can bring towbah to allah even 5 minutes before he dies and if allah accepts, that would take him to jannah.
