I believe the shot is much better or the IUD copper is a more effective solution (after you have given birth to your first child).

Then there is the pull out method which works if the man has great self control & the woman knows her cycle well.

Intrauterine device (IUDs) are more effective than the pill, the 5 year IUD from Mirena releases progesterine, while the 10 year copper IUD does not, the whole procedure takes less than 10 mins. at the OBGYN and the woman can have it removed at anytime.

Besides, I worked in the health field, this stuff comes naturally. Surprisingly enough many post-partum Somali mothers are opting for birth control these days, specially IUDs, the Mirena is even covered by Medicaid eventhough it costs around $2,100 to get it installed.

Birth control would not be necessary if easy chicks would stop opening their legs for someone who says "I love you baby", he doesn't love you!

Its called a coil, it can be inserted through the viagna or implant in your arm

Birth control is more crucial during post-partum than at any other time, after the 6 week period is over, most Somali husbands can hardly wait to do it, if a woman isn't on birth control, she'll probably conceive before the uterus ever had a chance to heal and that can lead to a multitude of health complications. This happens with Somalis on a frequent basis, you'll see a woman who's got a 6 month old baby and she's 3 months pregnant, that shyt isn't healthy.
