In the hadith it is narrated that the prophet Muhammed (SAW) said:
'When a man marries, he has fulfilled half of his religion, so let him fear Allah regarding the remaining half'
Our beloved prophet (Pbuh) has also advised us to marry as soon as we can. It saves us from many sins and it also brings about many blessings in our lives.
Marriage is one of the greatest blessings in Islam. It is the Sunnah of our prophet (SAW).
Our perfect role model has told us that getting married completes half of our deen, therefore we should see the importance marriage plays within our deen *Islam*. *So how can it be false?* 
Anyway it continues to mention that, we need to fear Allah (SWT) regarding the other half of our deen, meaning we shouldn't think that once we get married we can relax, far from it.

how can marriage be half your deen if its not mandatory?
you dont have to get married in islam
i really doubt the authenticity of those quotes

Marriage is following the guidance of our beloved Prophet (SAW) *Who is the best of creation*.
Btw Marriage is only half of your deen if you continue improving your actions, strengthening your imaan and aspiring to follow all of the commands of Allah *SWT*
I'm sure marriage is a religious duty and there's no celibacy in Islam or was it that celibacy is not considered as a virtue in our deen *So i've been taught*
Anyway, make of it as you wish.

I'm sick of people talking about marriage all the time myself, but its still half your deen
Islam does not enocurage you to be celibate like a Priest or go have sex with every woman you see.
