You mean like Banadir State, Galgadud State and Hiraan State with Galmudug State in some kind of 'United Hutu States of Somalia', or somesuch coalition of Hawiye administrations? Or looser and more informal than that?

It will be more a loose confederation with joint defense and security pacts to stem any cross border crimes and a common defense against any intrusions from those outside the confederation.

Let the goals and failures remain in the hands of the local administration not a far away group.

The sad thing is the man is nothing political or anything else, before the ethiopian invasion him and his lil friends were nothing but old typical illiterate neighborhood "odayaal" who rose to same public awareness when they started being interviewed about the bombings going on IN their neighborhoods.

The same people they sought to represent, the everyday woman and child in their neighborhood is still getting blasted away and they put on, in a rather awkward and very unconvincing manner, third hand me down informal suits and entertaining themselves to be dignitaries in the middle of nowhere while the neighborhoods they were in and their neighborhoods are still facing the gauntlet!

So what do you suggest they do?

I suggest they stop entertaining themselves to be saviors when they haven't saved jack schit.

Think about it, it's like Mandela trying to get glory and call himself the liberator of black south Africa when the black south Africans were in the middle of oppression and he hadn't tasted a second of prison!
