Helwaa.......you are telling me you would not do anything for Somalia if you had billions of dollars? That sounds greedy. You can live in Maldives comfortable with the money you make/receive now. You don't need billions of dollars for that.

Upgrade the highways in Puntland, and pave all the streets for them...and build a gigantic port in Bosaso that is one of the largest in Africa.

And a bunch of free top class schools and universities like oprah did in south africa.

What about other parts of Somalia like Mogdishu, Baydhabo, Beled Xawo ( 8) ), Hargaisa?

No. Actually that's why the situation is so tense. By the way Siad Barre was interviewed in 1993 and when he was asked whether he was a former president of Somalia he denied and said he was he a prison guard he said he was only keeping a bunch of mad men underground
