HELWAA,

Wauw that's great keep up the good work yeah the other day I saw 3 Somali ladies at my gym. exercising is good for the mind as well it makes you sharper I love Push ups and sit ups am focusing on weight lifting My personal trainer made it clear from the beginning that am to young and chances are I won't grow any more but I didn't care since am 6 foot 3 anyway.

regular exercise lowers the risk of pretty much every disease known to man, keeps your heart strong, your muscles toned and your brain sharp. It helps us sleep better, encourages us to fuel ourselves better, and gives us courage to challenge our bodies physically and mentally. Excercise is the real deal, the feel-good fuel.

I go for a walk and relax & remember that if I have no control over the situation, getting worked up will not improve it.

SlanderBoy,

Don't u find it annoying when you meet someone who wants to talk talk talk at the gym.

There is this Somali guy in his early 50s who always gets into long talks taking away time from working out.

I hate my cousin who introduced me to him because before then, I thought he was Sudani not Somali & he thought I was Ethiopian

AW,

I go to the gym got my mp3 with me listening to hardcore music it makes me pumped up and the adrenaline is flowing am a helpful guy but I keep it short and simple you gotta remind people a gym is a place where you train , I need to focus on my own training luckly this odey is the Salama alikum guy He doesn't talk that much.

The first time I saw him was at the locker room I asked him if he was a Somali he looked suprised and said ma Somali a tahay adeer Manshallah.

I know some odeyaal talk to much just tell them after training we will have a cup of coffee and continue your training.
